Gear motor
The reduction motor is characterized by high efficiency and reliability, long service life, simple maintenance, wide application and so on. Its stages can be divided into single-stage, two-stage and three-stage gear reduction motors. The installation and layout methods mainly include expansion type, coaxial type and shunt type.
1. In the deployable type of two-stage cylindrical reduction motor, the gear is asymmetric relative to the supporting position. When the shaft produces bending and torsional deformation, the load is unevenly distributed in the tooth width. Therefore, the shaft should be designed with large stiffness and keep the gear away from the input end or output end.
2. Features of the split type of the two-stage cylindrical reduction motor: the extended shaft position of the split type reduction motor can be extended from any side, which is convenient for the overall configuration of the machine. The gears of the split stage are processed into helical teeth, rotating right and left to offset the axial force. One of the shafts should be able to do a little axial swimming to avoid jamming the gear.
3. Characteristics of coaxial reduction motor: compact radial size, but large axial size. Due to the large intermediate shaft, the shaft has a large disturbing curve when loaded, so the load concentration along the tooth width is serious. At the same time, because the centers of the two-stage gears must be consistent, it is difficult to make full use of the bearing capacity of the high-speed gear, and it is also difficult to lubricate the bearing located in the middle part of the reduction motor. The input and output ends of the reduction motor are located at both ends of the same axis, which limits the overall configuration of the transmission device.
